SHORTER TEAM DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS

MM&A’s shorter team development offerings assist corporate teams to “break state” and to start working together at a more constructive level in a context of thriving. These corporate, business, sport or non-profit team development processes are offered as stand-alone 2 day or 2+ day corporate team development events or even as part of a longer 3-module Advanced Team Development journey.

Team development sessions are customized to meet client needs. The sessions typically include some fun, relaxing exercises as many teams respond well to de-stressing enjoyment that also tends to enhance bonding. These can range from a more active indoor creativity workshop or laughter workshop, to an equine-assisted outdoor team development event. It can be a gentler star-gazing or more structured learning event – MM&A offers highly customised team development events relevant to a clients’ needs.

Together we can do so much and while a team can be inspired by great leadership, sometimes a professional process is required to help create cohesion and unite the team behind a common goal. We offer a highly targeted 2 day Team Re-Connection Workshop especially crafted to re-build teams and trust, to overcome challenges due to unusual stressors (e.g. lock-down, disaster, major change) and to re-unite a team behind a common goal.

This goes way beyond a simple team development to help re-build cohesion and focus your team – whether some are working remotely or all are in the office. The workshop is uniquely designed to uncover and address typical challenges and team dynamics that arise after stressful times.

This is suitable for up to 10 persons and we highly recommend that it starts with senior management.

 

2+ days Team Development Course

We also offer a more in-depth Team Development “Team Development for Success” Course, that covers the following success factors & topics:

CREATIVITY WORKSHOP

MM&A’s creativity workshop: “Unleashing the Inner Picasso” is a fun team development event done indoors. This is a 2-day stand-alone workshop or part of a longer team development journey. It works well to “unlock creativity” before a strategic planning session. Participants are guided to draw and/or paint something simple (no experience required) that often leads to self-awareness insights.

LAUGHTER WORKSHOP

Teams de-stress and bond at the same time with no prior experience needed. Offered as a stand-alone workshop or as a team development ice-breaker, fun year-end function or start to a strategic planning session. The duration is 60-90 minutes and benefits productivity, positive motivation, assertiveness and immune function. It also reduces stress hormones, depression and inter-personal friction.

EQUINE OUTDOORS

This unique outdoor team development program offers an experiential equine-assisted session, either stand-alone or as part of a longer Self- or Leadership Programme. Horses are natural prey animals and to build trust requires great skill. Horses are prepared to serve man, if they sense confident leadership qualities. Participants enjoy practical learning whilst receiving leadership coaching.
