The model pairs business leaders with school principals from under‑resourced schools in a year‑long, co‑learning leadership development journey.

    Since 2014, Marichen Mortimer & Associates has been deeply involved in this work. To date, Marichen has partnered with and guided over 140 leaders through this immersive leadership development process, serving as both lead coach and facilitator.
