LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
The MM&A Leadership Development Programme is available to corporate groups or small business teams either as a stand-alone course (of 2 days plus 2x one-on-one leadership coaching sessions per participant) OR as part of a longer 3 module Advanced Leadership journey that takes over a year.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
Marichen is highly qualified Master Coach offering individual, leadership and executive coaching on an ongoing one-on-one basis (inside or outside a corporate context). She also offers coaching supervision services. Coaching naturally often forms part of the other MM&A Executive and Corporate Programmes.
EXECUTIVE TEAM BUILDING
MM&A’s Executive Team Building Programme bonds Exco and Management teams into high performance teams. The programme is customised in content and duration to meet your unique needs. It is a stand-alone course (from 0.5 – 2 days) or part of a longer 3-module Advanced Team Building journey.
