Marichen is a qualified Chartered Director & serves as a non-executive director on boards. She’s served on the Institute of Directors SA’s board for 6 years. As a thought leader in the field of corporate governance, she offers an additional corporate view when working with senior executive clients.

Marichen is highly qualified and experienced in facilitating board strategy sessions. Apart from her calming, structured facilitation skills, she also offers thought leadership on issues of compliance and governance. The board will be unified behind common goals and optimistic about implementation.
